Welcome to Subtle. This page explains the rules that govern your use of teamsubtle.com and any purchase you make through it. In the sections below, "we," "us," and "Subtle" refer to the business operating this store; "you" refers to anyone browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise interacting with the site.
Using this site — whether you're browsing, creating an account, or completing a purchase — means you accept these Terms in full. If any part of this doesn't work for you, please don't continue using the site or our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time as our business, products, or legal obligations change. Updates take effect as soon as they're posted here, so we'd encourage checking back occasionally. Continuing to use the site after changes go live means you're accepting the updated version.
Our store runs on Shopify's e-commerce platform, which handles the technical infrastructure behind checkout, hosting, and payment processing.
1. Who Can Use This Site
You must be of legal age in your place of residence to use this site on your own, or have a parent or guardian's permission if you're a minor.
You agree not to use this site for anything illegal, and not to violate any applicable law — including intellectual property law — while using our Service. Uploading viruses, worms, or other malicious code is strictly prohibited. Any of this can result in your access being cut off immediately.
2. How We Operate
We can decline to serve any customer, for any reason, at our discretion.
Any information you submit to us — aside from payment details — may travel across networks in a way that isn't fully encrypted, and may be reformatted to work with different systems. Your credit card data, however, is always encrypted in transit.
You're not permitted to copy, resell, repurpose, or otherwise exploit any part of our Service without our written go-ahead. Section titles throughout this document are just for organization — they don't change what the actual terms say.
3. About the Information on This Site
We try to keep everything on this site accurate and current, but we can't promise it always will be. Content here is meant as general information, not professional advice, and shouldn't be your only basis for a decision — always check more authoritative sources for anything important.
Some content may reflect outdated information (like older promotions or products). We can update the site whenever we choose, but we're not obligated to, and it's on you to keep an eye out for changes that matter to you.
4. Pricing and Availability
Prices are subject to change at any time, without advance notice. We may also change or pull the Service (in whole or part) whenever we want. We won't be held responsible for any losses tied to a price change, service pause, or discontinued feature.
5. About Our Products
Some products are sold in limited quantities or exclusively through this site. Returns and exchanges for anything you buy follow the terms in our Refund Policy — nothing outside of that policy applies.
We do our best to represent product colors and details accurately in photos, but screen displays vary, so we can't guarantee an exact match to what you receive.
We may restrict who can buy from us — by person, region, or otherwise — limit how much of a product we sell, change product details or pricing at any time, or stop selling something altogether. None of our products or offers are available where doing so would be against the law.
We don't promise that any product, service, or piece of information will meet your personal expectations, or that we'll be able to fix every possible error.
6. Keeping Your Order Info Accurate
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, and to cap how many units a single customer, household, or address can purchase — this includes orders that appear linked through a shared account, card, or shipping address. If we need to change or cancel your order, we'll try to reach you using the contact details you gave us at checkout. We may also restrict orders that look like they're coming from resellers or bulk buyers rather than individual customers.
It's your responsibility to keep your account and payment information current and correct so we can process your order and reach you if needed.

7. Third-Party Tools We May Offer
We sometimes give you access to tools built by other companies. We don't control, monitor, or vouch for these tools, and they come with no guarantees from us. Anything that goes wrong while using them is on you — it's worth reading that provider's own terms before relying on their tool. If we add new tools or features down the line, they're automatically covered by these same Terms.
8. Links to Other Sites
Our site may link out to other websites or reference products and services we don't control. We haven't vetted those sites for accuracy or safety, and we're not responsible for anything that happens as a result of visiting them or transacting with them. If you have an issue with a third-party site or purchase, that's between you and them — please review their policies before engaging.
9. Anything You Send Us
If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions — whether we asked for it or not — you're giving us permission to use, edit, publish, or share it however we want, without paying you or keeping it private. We're not obligated to respond to what you send us either.
We may (but don't have to) remove anything you submit if we think it's offensive, illegal, or violates someone's rights. By sending us anything, you're confirming it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights, doesn't contain anything unlawful or harmful (including malware), and that you're not pretending to be someone you're not. You're on the hook for whatever you submit — we take no responsibility for it.
10. Your Personal Information
Anything personal you share with us through this site is handled according to our Privacy Policy — that's the document that governs how we collect, use, and protect your data.
11. Mistakes Happen
Occasionally something on our site — a price, a product description, a shipping estimate — might be wrong. We can correct these errors, update listings, or even cancel an order if something was inaccurate, even after you've already placed it. We're not required to go back and update older content unless the law says we have to.
12. What You Can't Do Here
You agree not to use this site to: break any law; encourage others to break the law; infringe on our intellectual property or anyone else's; harass, threaten, or discriminate against others; post false information; spread viruses or malicious code; harvest other people's personal data; spam or scrape the site; post obscene material; or try to bypass our security. Breaking any of these rules can get your access revoked immediately.
13. No Guarantees, Limited Liability
We can't promise the site will always work perfectly, be available without interruption, or be free of errors — and we can't guarantee that anything you get from using it will turn out exactly as expected. Everything here is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including implied ones around merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.
To the extent allowed by law, Subtle and anyone connected to us — owners, staff, contractors, suppliers — won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like lost profits or lost data) tied to your use of the site or our products, even if we were warned such damages were possible. In places where the law doesn't allow limiting liability this way, our responsibility is capped at whatever the law permits.
14. If Something Goes Wrong Because of You
If a third party makes a claim against us because you broke these Terms, broke the law, or violated someone else's rights, you agree to cover our legal costs and defend us in that situation.
15. If One Part of This Doesn't Hold Up
If a court decides part of these Terms isn't enforceable, the rest still stands — we'll just treat that one piece as removed without affecting everything else.
16. Ending This Agreement
Anything you or we owed each other before termination still applies after. You can stop using our site anytime to end this agreement on your end. We can also end it on our end, without warning, if we think you've broken these Terms — and you'd still owe us for anything unpaid up to that point.
17. This Is the Whole Deal
If we don't enforce something in here once, that doesn't mean we're giving up the right to enforce it later. These Terms, plus any other policies posted on our site, make up the complete agreement between us — replacing any earlier conversations or agreements we may have had.
18. Which Laws Apply
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
19. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms whenever needed and will post the updated version here. Please check back periodically — continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
20. Text Message Communications
By opting into SMS marketing at checkout, placing an order, or signing up through our subscription tools, you're agreeing to receive recurring texts from us — order updates, abandoned cart reminders, promotional offers, and transactional messages like review requests — even if your number is on a do-not-call list.
How often you hear from us varies, and opting in isn't required to make a purchase. To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message, or use the unsubscribe link included in our texts. Trying to opt out with different wording or informal requests won't count as a valid unsubscribe.
There's no charge from us for these messages, but standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
