Shipping policy

All international orders are sent under Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).

This means:

  • Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are not included in your purchase price.
  • These costs are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • SUBTLE cannot be held liable for any customs fees, import delays, or related charges.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs or import fees:

    •    Refunds will not be provided.

    •    DHL international parcels cannot be sent back to us.

We’re legally obligated to:

    •    Declare the true value of each order on customs forms.

    •    Include a commercial invoice with every overseas shipment.

    •    Avoid marking any packages as “gifts” or reducing declared values.

Please keep in mind that each country’s customs department has full control over the release of packages. Occasionally, this may result in delays or denied delivery.
